Lostock Hall Station 17/7/14.2 viewsA nice-touch at Lostock Hall station is a replica maroon BR totem sign along with two wooden shedplates, a reminder of the nearby Locomotive Depot, now sadly demolished. Lostock Hall Depot was the last operational steam shed on BR and was still standing in 1990, when it was destroyed. The site has remained empty ever since, what about a museum/heritage centre there now?
